Here are some updated photos of my little shop. Not too much of a difference from the last batch since there was a delay with my getting everything done due to my taking time off because my son was in the hospital.

I am so happy that he is back at home and doing much better now... especially now that he got a new puppy today,which he named Ryu :)

So no Im back in action with catching up with work, making more jewelry to replenish my stock,preparing for a spot in a very well known magazine (which I will announce once all the details are worked out!) and getting ready for 2 possibly 3 shows so far that I have scheduled for June & July. I will hopefully get done with the shop very soon.

Future Home for Lunaversoul!

As I mentioned before there has been alot of growth & great new happenings. Now I cant make all the announcements just yet so for now I have to keep it top secret ;) I have been truly blessed. Especially this year! I am currently in the process of getting a space in this huge strip mall. Within the next couple of weeks I will be in the process of moving into what is now"Lunaversoul Headquarters"! Ill have to come up with a better name later. I will post photos of the inside of the space when everything all painted & decorated I get all settled in.

2nd Annual Reign of Style Show

Last weekend I was at the 2nd Annual Reign of Style Show & it was amazing!
The venue was packed! There was great entertainment and very talented artists.
Although I wish I could have seen more of the performances I still had a really great time,never a dull moment. I got such an overwhelming warm response & such wonderful feedback from everyone who came to my booth & saw my jewelry.
I couldn't be any happier.
Throughout the show my 2 friends & myself could barely keep up with mobs of excited customers that surrounded the booth. I mean they were buying jewelry like crazy,
By the end of the event the table was ransacked I barely had any jewelry left to to take home! Im so glad the show was only 4 hours because if it went any longer than that Im sure I would have ran out completely. I was hoping to get alot of photos but only managed to get a few photos during the show when we weren't so busy...and here they are :)

Yesterday I had the one of the most inspirational,positive & productive days I have had in a while. The only downside was I did not make any jewelry for the day but just before turning in for the night I managed to come up with this unique & funky beyond belief! ethnic/ steampunk flavored necklace.

Glow Girl Artist Spotlight on Lunaversoul

Have you ever found something so unique and pretty you wanted to keep it allllllllllllll to yourself? This is how I feel about this extraordinary artist and jewelry maker Lunaversoul. To be quite honest, I really can't recall how I found her and thebeautiful, drop dead gorgeous jewelry she makes. All I know is I found it and I'mHOOKED. Now it wouldn't have been very fair to keep this treasure all to myself. CJ, the artist, has a vast collection of some of the most exquisite one of a kind pieces. The earrings are light weight and just about shoulder length. I love the contrast of the bright hot pink feathers against the green peacock pattern. It's so three dimensional! The ring has a nice weight to it but not so heavy it's cumbersome. The hammered ring opening is adjustable! You can wear it on virtually any finger! (I think it looks best as a middle or index finger ring) The ring made up of two Agate stones with a Jaguar elegantly placed at the top. This ring is definitely a conversation piece. The ring is quite delicate, so you don't want to be caught in a scuffle or in an environment where it could be battered and bruised.

One of which will be a project with myself & Stacey Avian Robinson, a very good friend of mine & one of my most favorite artists. My jewelry will be featured in an upcoming series, No title yet but here is a short section from Stacey as well a couple works in progress from his Noir Love piece. HALO-ween 2009

This Halloween I had ALL the kids my son & 3 nieces & nephew this year. I took them out for the usual trick or treating. My son is a video game junkie like most kids but hes a really huge fan of Halo. So he decided to be Master Chief this year. His costume was really cool! Everyone LOVED his costume so at the end we decided to enter the kids into a random costume contest. All of them won $25 each so you know they were really excited about that!

I loved the Metropolis cuff so much I decided to go ahead & make a very limited series of them * mostly cause I wanted to keep one for myself ;-) *

Saturday Night Fever

So its Saturday night & I am stuck at home bored & with a cold on top of that...But that has not stopped my creative energy from flowing, so I made a couple more bracelets.

The first is the Glamazon Cuff~ a hammered silver cuff bracelet with a huge royal purple magnesite stone I LOVE this cuff so much that I made 2 one for myself of course :p & the other is up for sale & listed in the shop.

The second cuff is still a work in progress. In fact you can still see the dust from when I was working on it earlier. This "corsage" cuff is appropriately named Steel Magnolia & it is one of a kind & definitely unique.

It is a silver metal flower with hand painted brass colored trimming & the center of the flower is made of brass. Not sure what my plans are after I complete it,but I am having a lot of fun making it.
